6-U2M8, Syndicate - I-RCN has been made aware of reported sightings of Dr. Petrus Rouvier, the lead project manager of I-RED's now defunct Anoikis Research Division (ARD). Dr. Rouvier was last seen before his departure along with the rest of his team aboard a specially modified Falcon-class recon cruiser into wormhole space. The expedition experienced a disaster of some kind only weeks in, and all contact was lost with the vessel.

When our reporters confronted I-RED directorship about the reports, no public comment was made.

These reports detail a man who looked like Dr. Rouvier attended by members of the Ishukone-Raata Technological Research Institute (I-RTI). The majority of these reports, numbering about a dozen total, were seen aboard the Vykos Research Center in the Syndicate system of 5-75MB.

As for other members of the expedition team, no reported sightings have been made. Following the disaster, and an anonymous user posted classified video and text logs to the GalNet site GalactaLeaks. A surge of controversy followed, and has since died down following a carefully managed PR campaign by I-RED officials.

I-RCN has been unable to confirm the validity of these reports. For now, all eyes rest upon I-RED leadership to make a statement, if any, regarding these rumors of Dr. Rouvier's return.
