XS-XAY - Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive has long been a supporter of the Imperial Throne, despite a contentious past with certain Imperial-supporting capsuleer entities. As a motion of respect and honor for their Imperial allies, I-RED Executor Alex Hinkelmann has announced a day of observance for the Jubilee Festival for 09.27.

The work day on this day has been cut in half across all I-RED facilities. Reactions among I-RED employees have been positive overall.

"I'm no Amarr, but I can understand why I-RED would make this move", notes Caldari Statesmen Niko Aguntenen. "It is important to be in solidarity with our allies, and give respect to their customs."

"Like many of my Amarr brethren, despite our current employment with I-RED we still maintain close ties to the Empire, and any family we have over there", mentions Kira Sakamph, a starship engineer operating under I-RED. "There will be a major ceremony taking place on the A-3[ES3] Tash-Murkon Refinery. I will be there to renew my vows to the Imperial Throne, and I'm certainly thankful for the half day at work."

An official press release by I-RED affirms that "we are committed to celebrating traditions of all of our employees. Amarr make up a fair percentage of our employees, in addition to being long-time allies with our home nation. It only makes sense to proceed with the current declaration by Executor Hinkelmann."
