A-3ES3 - Within the past week there has been a notable increase in security contractor activity aboard I-RED's Tash-Murkon Refinery. Residents have witnessed strong coordination between Akagi Initiative, Oniseki-Raata Internal Watch, and Revenent Defence Corporation. Various sting operations have yielded a number of arrests.

The purpose of these operations remains unclear to the general public. When probed for answers, I-RED officials have remained silent on the matter. Likewise, representatives from their various security contractors have also not stepped forward to provide answers. This has left much leeway in terms of speculation. However, for residents aboard the Tash-Murkon Refinery, the answers generally point to a common answer - Angels drug trafficking.

"It isn't really something that is talked about", mentions one Tash-Murkon Central Park janitorial member. "Sometimes when I'm out late at night doing work in the park, I'll see a few shady people conducting business. Can't really do much about it myself other than alert local police forces."

Some time within the past few months, Angels have established various trafficking rings aboard the Tash-Murkon Refinery. The isolated and quiet location have proved to be ideal, and it seems the Angels have sunken in their fangs with support from their Serpentis allies.

"There has been an observable increase in hospitalizations for drug related incidents", reported a representative for the Delta Residential Sector Hospital. "For the majority of this time, only the Raata Enforcer Department, I-RED's own internal police force, has been trying to deal with the issue. But lately their resources have been spread thin, so their efforts these last few months have been lackluster."

And it would appear the new concentrated effort from I-RED's security contractors have been fruitful. There has been dozens of arrests within the past week alone. Time will tell if the Angels have truly been dealt a fatal blow, and fold up their trafficking operations aboard the facility.
